Pixvoo Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://www.pixvoo.com, Pixvoo - AI Video, our mobile applications, websites, AI video generation tools, subscriptions, credits, support channels, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Additional terms from Apple App Store, Google Play, payment processors, device platforms, or other operational providers may apply to purchases, app distribution, subscriptions, support, or platform features.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to use the Services and comply with these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Where account features are available, you are responsible for maintaining accurate information, protecting credentials, and all activity under your account.

We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account is used unlawfully, abusively, fraudulently, insecurely, or in violation of these Terms.

3. AI video features

Pixvoo may allow users to create, preview, revise, save, export, or manage AI-generated videos and related content from prompts, uploaded materials, references, settings, and other instructions.

AI-generated outputs may be unexpected, inaccurate, incomplete, visually inconsistent, offensive, similar to existing content, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, sharing, relying on, or monetizing them.

We do not promise that any prompt, reference image, setting, mode, or generation attempt will produce a specific result.

4. User content and rights

You are responsible for prompts, images, videos, files, references, instructions, and other materials you submit or generate through the Services.

You must have all rights, permissions, consents, and authority needed to submit content and to request that Pixvoo process it for the selected feature.

You may not use the Services to create, upload, request, or distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, harassing, exploitative, sexually explicit, hateful, violent, privacy-invasive, or unsafe content.

5. License to operate the Services

You retain rights you already have in your user content. By submitting content to the Services, you grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, reproduce, and create outputs from that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Services as described in our policies.

This license includes the ability to process prompts, uploaded inputs, settings, generated videos, task records, and diagnostics for the requested feature, safety checks, entitlement verification, support, and legal compliance.

Pixvoo does not use user content to train general-purpose AI models or foundation models.

6. Purchases, subscriptions, credits, and refunds

Some features may require a purchase, subscription, credit balance, or entitlement. Prices, credit grants, availability, and feature limits may vary by platform, region, version, and marketplace rules.

Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are generally handled by the relevant platform. Refund requests should be submitted through the marketplace purchase history or refund tools.

If Apple or Google approves a refund, Pixvoo honors that decision and may adjust the associated subscription status, credits, entitlements, or access.

7. Account deletion

Where account features are available, Pixvoo provides an in-app account deletion option from the profile, account, or settings area.

After a verified deletion request is confirmed, we remove account data and user-submitted creative materials from active production systems where technically and legally possible.

Limited marketplace, purchase, tax, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, backup, or legal records may be retained where required or permitted.

8. AI data commitments

Pixvoo generation requests run through systems operated for Pixvoo using self-hosted AI models. Pixvoo does not use any third-party AI service for user generation requests.

Prompts, input images, and generated videos are deleted from Pixvoo-operated servers no later than 36 hours after creation, or sooner if the user deletes the creation or account.

Pixvoo does not perform facial recognition, does not create facial-geometry data, does not create biometric identifiers from uploaded images, and does not use user data to train general-purpose AI models or foundation models.

9. Service availability

The Services may change, pause, or stop over time. We may add, remove, limit, or modify features, models, modes, pricing, credits, or availability.

Generation may fail, take longer than expected, or produce unusable output because of technical constraints, safety systems, capacity, or the nature of AI-assisted generation.

10. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, interfaces, visual design, trademarks, trade names, logos, documentation, and related materials, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of Pixvoo, our technology, brand assets, or proprietary materials.

11. Disclaimers and limits

The Services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, and specific AI output quality.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
