Pixvoo Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Yuji Enterprise LLC, operating Pixvoo - AI Video ("Pixvoo", "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects information when you visit https://www.pixvoo.com, contact us, or use our mobile applications, websites, AI video generation features, support channels, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

Pixvoo generation data is also described in our AI Data Privacy Terms at https://www.pixvoo.com/ai-data-privacy-terms.

By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Information we collect

We may collect account information, contact information, support messages, purchase or entitlement records, device and app diagnostics, approximate technical data such as IP address and user agent, app settings, usage events, safety reports, and communications you send to us.

For AI video features, we may collect prompts, optional uploaded images or files, generation settings, task state, generated videos, and logs needed to provide, secure, debug, and support the requested feature.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information unless you choose to provide it in a prompt, upload, support request, or other user-controlled submission.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide the Services, operate AI video generation, manage accounts, validate purchases and credits, deliver generated outputs, respond to support, maintain security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, improve reliability, comply with law, and enforce our Terms.

We may use aggregated or de-identified operational information for analytics, capacity planning, abuse prevention, product quality analysis, and service reliability when it cannot reasonably identify a person or their content.

Pixvoo does not use personal information, prompts, uploaded content, input images, or generated videos to train general-purpose AI models or foundation models.

4. AI generation handling

Pixvoo uses self-hosted AI models on systems operated for Pixvoo. We do not use any third-party AI service for user generation requests.

When a user chooses a photo or image as generation input, that input is processed only to create the requested video. Pixvoo does not perform facial recognition, does not create facial-geometry data, and does not create biometric identifiers from uploaded images.

Prompts, input images, and generated videos are retained only for short-term creation history and re-use features and are deleted from Pixvoo-operated servers no later than 36 hours after creation, or sooner if the user deletes the creation or account.

5. Sharing

We may share information with non-AI operational processors that help us provide hosting, storage, communications, diagnostics, analytics, customer support, security, abuse prevention, payment entitlement verification, and legal compliance.

We may share purchase and subscription information with Apple App Store, Google Play, payment processors, or platform services when needed for app distribution, purchase validation, refunds, taxes, or marketplace compliance.

We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, government request, dispute handling, fraud prevention, safety protection, rights enforcement, or Terms enforcement.

We do not sell personal information, prompts, uploaded images, or generated videos.

6. Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain accounts, process purchases, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse, and maintain security.

Pixvoo generation prompts, input images, and generated videos are deleted from Pixvoo-operated servers no later than 36 hours after creation, or sooner if the user deletes the creation or account.

Limited billing, marketplace, tax, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, backup, and legal records may be retained where required or permitted.

7. Account deletion and privacy requests

Pixvoo provides account deletion from the in-app profile, account, or settings area when account features are enabled. Deleting the app from a device does not automatically delete the account.

You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, consent withdrawal, or other privacy help, subject to verification and applicable law.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Users should protect account credentials, review outputs before sharing, and avoid submitting content they do not want processed for a requested feature.

9. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe a child provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

10. International processing

Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our operational processors maintain systems.

Data protection laws may differ by location. Where required, we use safeguards designed to protect information during transfer and processing.

11. Updates and contact

We may update this Policy as our Services, legal obligations, or operational practices change. The effective date will identify the current version.
