Refund requests for app marketplace purchases should be made through Apple App Store or Google Play. Platform-approved refunds are honored by Pixvoo.Marketplace purchases
Pixvoo purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are processed by the relevant marketplace. Refund requests should be submitted through that marketplace's refund or purchase-support flow.
Marketplace refund decisions are made by Apple or Google according to their policies and applicable law.
Approved refunds
If Apple or Google approves a refund, Pixvoo honors that decision after the platform record is available to us.
Refunded purchases may result in subscription cancellation, credit adjustment, entitlement removal, or access changes connected to the refunded item.

If you are unsure where to request a refund, email support@pixvoo.com and include the purchase platform, approximate purchase time, and issue description.
Do not send full payment card numbers or sensitive payment credentials in support emails.
