How do I delete my account?
Pixvoo provides account deletion from the in-app profile, account, or settings area when account features are enabled. If you cannot access the app, email support and we will help verify and process the request.
How do refunds work?
Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are handled by those platforms. If Apple or Google approves a refund, Pixvoo honors that decision and may adjust the related credits, entitlements, or access connected to the refunded purchase.
Does Pixvoo use a third-party AI service for generation?
No. Pixvoo generation requests are processed through systems operated for Pixvoo with self-hosted AI models. User generation data is not sent to a third-party AI service for the requested generation.
Will my prompts, uploads, or generated videos be used to train AI models?
No. Pixvoo does not use personal information, prompts, uploaded content, input images, generated videos, account identifiers, or diagnostic logs to train general-purpose AI models or foundation models.
How long are generation files kept?
Prompts, uploaded input images, and generated videos are kept only for short-term creation history and re-use features. They are deleted from Pixvoo-operated servers no later than 36 hours after creation, or sooner if you delete the creation or your account.
Does Pixvoo identify faces in uploaded images?
No. Uploaded images are used only as visual input for the video you request. Pixvoo does not perform facial recognition, does not extract facial-geometry data, and does not create biometric identifiers.
