AI Data Privacy Terms

1. Purpose of this AI data notice

This AI Data Privacy Terms page explains how Pixvoo handles prompts, uploaded images, generation settings, task records, generated videos, and related diagnostics when a user requests AI video creation.

It supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Where this page gives more specific detail about generation data, it should be read together with those documents.

Generation starts only after a user chooses to submit a prompt, upload an optional supported input, or otherwise request an AI video feature in the app.

2. Self-hosted generation boundary

Pixvoo operates its own generation environment for user-requested AI video features. The models used for Pixvoo generation are self-hosted by us or by infrastructure operated for Pixvoo.

We do not use any third-party AI service to perform user generation requests, and we do not send user generation data to another AI provider for those requests.

Operational providers may support non-AI functions such as app distribution, payments, hosting, security, email, diagnostics, analytics, or support, but they are not used to perform Pixvoo AI generation.

3. What is processed for generation

To create a requested video, Pixvoo may process the text prompt you enter, optional image inputs you choose to upload, creative settings, task state, generated output, timestamps, account or task identifiers needed to deliver the result, and diagnostic information needed for reliability and abuse prevention.

We use this information to run the requested generation, connect the result to the correct account, show short-term creation history, verify credits or entitlements, diagnose errors, prevent misuse, and answer support questions.

We do not need your contacts, precise location, advertising identifier, phone number, or unrelated profile details to generate a Pixvoo video.

4. Photos, face-related data, and generated videos

When you select a photo or image as input, that image is uploaded to and processed only on Pixvoo-operated systems so Pixvoo can generate the video you requested.

Pixvoo does not perform facial recognition, does not create facial-geometry templates, does not create biometric identifiers, and does not use uploaded images to identify a person.

Your prompts, input images, and generated videos are stored only for short-term creation history and re-use features. They are deleted from Pixvoo-operated servers no later than 36 hours after creation, or sooner if you delete the creation or your account.

5. No model-training use

Pixvoo does not use personal information, prompts, uploaded content, input images, generated videos, account identifiers, task identifiers, or diagnostic logs to train general-purpose AI models, foundation models, or any separate model-training system.

Aggregated or de-identified operational measurements may be used for reliability, capacity planning, security, abuse prevention, and product quality analysis when they do not identify a user or reveal user content.

6. Deletion and user control

Users can delete creations from within the app when creation-management features are available. Users can also delete their Pixvoo account from the in-app profile, account, or settings area when account features are enabled.

After a verified account deletion request is confirmed, Pixvoo removes account data and user-submitted creative materials from active production systems where technically and legally possible.

Limited purchase, tax, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, backup, and legal records may be retained where required or permitted. Retained records are not used for AI model training.

7. Support and safety reports

For AI data questions, deletion help, safety concerns, or generation issues, contact support@pixvoo.com.

If you report a technical problem, include the app version, device model, approximate time, generation mode if available, expected result, and actual result. Do not include sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for support.
